Established in Athens in 1975 by Spyridon Kardamis, our law office has built a long-standing reputation for providing reliable and high-quality legal services. Since 1985, the firm has been headquartered in Corfu, while maintaining a strong and continually expanding network of trusted associates in Athens and throughout Greece. In 2015, Theodoros Kardamis and Sofia Kardami joined the firm, continuing its tradition of legal practice founded on integrity, professionalism, and dedication to clients' interests.

Theodoros Kardamis
Attorney at Law – Court of Appeal
Theodoros Kardamis was born in Corfu in 1984. In 2010, he graduated from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2015, he obtained his Law Degree (LL.B. equivalent) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Macerata (Università degli Studi di Macerata), Italy. In the same year, he was admitted to the Corfu Bar Association. Since then, he has been engaged in active legal practice, representing clients before the courts with significant litigation experience, particularly before the courts of Corfu and Athens. From 2016 to 2019, he served as an external collaborator of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), specialising in the translation of legal documents. He is fluent in English and Italian.
Sofia Kardami
Attorney at Law – Court of Appeal
Sofia Kardami was born in Athens in 1985. In 2007, she graduated from the Department of Social Policy of Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. In 2015, she obtained her Law Degree (LL.B. equivalent) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Macerata (Università degli Studi di Macerata), Italy. In the same year, she was admitted to the Corfu Bar Association. Since then, she has been engaged in active legal practice, representing clients before the courts with significant litigation experience, particularly before the courts of Corfu and Athens. From 2016 to 2019, she served as an external collaborator of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), specialising in the translation of legal documents. She is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish.
Spyridon Kardamis

With more than fifty years of legal practice, Spyridon Kardamis, the founder of our firm, continues to play an active role in its daily operations. He remains closely involved in the handling of complex legal matters, while also providing legal advice and strategic guidance to fellow lawyers throughout Greece. Drawing on extensive experience in civil law, with particular expertise in civil procedure and enforcement proceedings, he is a cornerstone of the firm. His knowledge, professional judgment, and long-standing experience continue to contribute significantly to the successful representation of our clients and to the firm's reputation for legal excellence.
